1. Don’t force yourself to socialize

There’s nothing wrong with being an introvert, and there’s no reason why you should have to force yourself to do something that doesn’t come naturally to you. If you don’t want to go out and party every weekend, that’s perfectly okay. You can still have a rich and fulfilling life as an introvert. Here are a few things you shouldn’t do if you’re an introvert.

2. Don’t pretend to be someone you are not

3. Don’t compare yourself to others

4. Don’t let technology take over your life

6. Don’t overthink everything
